Supporting Crescent Cove in Memory of Lucy June
I am running to raise awareness and funding for families who need our help! Crescent Cove provides respite and hospice care for children with life-threatening conditions.
*** So thankful for all the love and support shown to Crescent Cove. We are hoping to reach $2,000 by Sunday!
On October 5th, 2025, I will be running the Twin Cities 10 Mile in memory of my niece, Lucy June. Sweet Lucy passed away in 2012. Her last days were special due to the end of life care she received in the hospice home setting. Our families are forever grateful for this time with her. I am seen here with Lucy's younger siblings, Henry and Pearl. They will will be cheering on their "auntie Rah-Rah" from Montana when I run this fall!
I also see the need for Crescent Cove in my role as an Early Childhood Special Education Teacher working with children and families on a daily basis who experience first hand the need for respite and relief. I have walked alongside families as they navigate the complexities of their child's condition and the toll it can take. Every day tasks can be a challenge and for kids to have a safe and FUN space to be while giving parents the pause they need is so important. Crescent Cove is SO needed and now we need you, too!
Join me in supporting the kids & families served by Crescent Cove. Crescent Cove is the first and only Respite & Hospice Home for Kids in the Midwest. Your support provides respite care for families raising a children with a shortened life expectancy, and sacred end-of-life care for children, all at no cost in a joyful and vibrant home-away-from home where moments are embraced and celebrate.
Your support means so much!
Thank you all- xoxo, Sarah
Just a small donation will go a long way to helping me meet my goal for Crescent Cove.
