I'm running to raise funds for Crescent Cove, a respite home in the Twin Cities that offers care and support to children with shortened life-expectancies, and to their families.
Louie, a former student of mine, received services and support from Crescent Cove before he passed away from a rare condition, TTD, at the age of 7. Louie was full of life and to know him was to love him. I'm proud to run in support of an organization that meant so much to him and his family.
Just a small donation will go a long way to helping me meet my goal for Crescent Cove.
