After experiencing the love and end of life at crescent cove we want to give back so other families can feel the support we felt on the worst day of their lives.
Our team, Team Parker, is participating in fun event for Crescent Cove called Cove Competition #forthekids on Saturday, August 17! We are competing all in the name of fun to support the kids and families served by Crescent Cove, a non-profit in Minnesota.
Support our team as we compete in a trifecta of athletic feats: canoe races, trike races, and a full-blown(up) obstacle course.
Our team's goal is to raise $5000 as #Team Parker for Crescent Cove. Will you help us get there?
It costs $1400 for one child to spend the weekend at Crescent Cove for respite (a few days of rest for both the caregivers and the child), so your gift will go a long way to ensure a few days of rest and relaxation for a parent or caregiver(s) and for that child to experience a few days of love and joy in a home-away-from-home.
Crescent Cove's mission is to offer care and support to children and young adults with a shortened life expectancy, and to their families who love them. The Crescent Cove Respite & Hospice Home for Kids, located in Brooklyn Center, is the first and only respite and hospice home in Minnesota and the Midwest designed specifically for kids and their special needs.
